As the result of our joint program with the local Social Agency few months ago, we have 14 new children who add up to total 63 children under our care. Those kids are Nila, Aziz, Cupi, Wartini, Hamdi, Muhammad Fikri, Oki, Ari, Su, Opi, Anisa, Bunga, Muklis, and Kardi. All of them came with different stories, but the same old ones. They were abandoned by parents, suffered from abusive parents, or even exploited by their own parents and were found roaming the streets of Lombok for survival.

Peduli Anak immediately took action to nurture these unfortunate children. We did find more kids like them on the streets and we wish we could take care of them too. But there are many considerations before we decide to admit a child to our foundation.

Furthermore, the current global financial crisis has been a big blow for us too. Many people stop donating, even 3 Euros member fee per month could be burdensome to some people. In difficult time like this, we must tighten our belt, moreover with the new additions in our foundation. Our new kids need sponsors, a foster parent who would support their day-to-day needs such as food, school, health care, and so on. And that�s why to us, every cent counts. We need your help.
